Our Promise

As an emotional growth school, we pledge to commit ourselves to our young students' development of academic achievement, character, accountability, maturity, self-esteem, social skills, and social awareness.

We provide a structured environment to help students become more responsible and mature, more empathetic to others, more likely to acknowledge and make restitution for mistakes, more productive and loving members of their own families, more enthusiastic about academic achievement, and more likely to take responsibility for the quality of life in his environment.

The entirety of our program, including our academic activities and all our emotional development work takes place within the context of safety, trust, respect, spiritual connection, and discipline that develops between the students and the faculty and staff as well as among the students themselves. We believe no lasting change can be made without a trusting relationship.

We emphasize the importance of safety for all our students. Each living group has plans and activities to illustrate and reinforce the need for safety in the social group. We have a safety committee that is responsible for risk management as well as training and implementation of emergency procedures.

Eagle Pines recognizes the need for the families to fully participate in the student's individual plan. Intensive family focus and family coaching is used by our staff to restore the family relationships.
